    V 1.0.8 does not work when part of Archetype

    We use this awesome plugin both as normal property, as embedded in an Archetype data type. With the update to 1.0.8 we noticed the editor does not work, the two fields are empty and the map does not show.

    For some reason a proper exception only appears in Chrome, this it is broken on all browsers.

    The error we are getting is:

    Cannot read property 'width' of undefined 
at configIcon (...)
at new AGM4bf1a78e00984aebbf1b1ce0c260d6dbCtrl (...)

    Downgrading to 1.0.7 got around this problem.

    Got the same issue (Umbraco 7.3.1), hope for a fix.
