Perhaps you can benefit using the package called AngularGoogleMaps https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/angulargooglemaps
You can find the different options about Google Maps API here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/3.exp/reference From what I have found you should be able to do this with some custom controls, https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/controls#CustomControls
But I haven´t tried it myself.
