Tab shows all unpublished pages, not just send to publish pages
Really like this package except one small thing... the Approve It tab seems to show all unpublished pages, not just the pages that were sent for approval?
I have been looking for something like to make our approval process a lot easier and more straight forward.
One suggestion though. What about having it display changes of the content (this could be in the way of a scrollable window) and a rejection button that sent an email to the page editor.
The feature you suggest was partially implemented and is available at GitHub. I never found the time to actually finish it, but if you want, or are able to, I accept pull requests. :)
Well it presents a timeline of the changes, and who made the changes. For each datatype it presents a comparison between what it was and what it became.
The problem is with the amount of datatypes available. At the moment we are able to compare images, text fields and some support for grids. The rest of the native datatypes will be compared as text, as well as custom ones.
That's perfect for what is needed or would at least prefer to have. At the moment all we have is the standard umbraco notifications in place, which don't tell us much in the way of anything useful.

Umbraco V 7.2.1
Hi AdeleMB,
I've just noticed this thread....
I'm going to look into this and try to include some kind of work around in a further release.
Thanks,
André Santos

Hi Gavin,

I did see the item in github and tried to install it via umbraco (stupid of me) then realised it wasn't finished.
How far is it done?

Attached is a screenshot of the timeline:

André Santos, How did you install the package with the changes timeline into umbraco?
Aas you can see from the screenshoot, umbraco is installing the files into the CMS but it still doesn't work.
is working on a reply...
