    DependencyHandler.axd retunrs 404

    Hi, I have followed the installation procedure and I have stumbled on a problem accessing the Dependency Handler. The link generated by the @Html.RenderCssHere() looks like this: When trying to open the link, I get a 404 error. What am I missing from the setup?
