    Error on uninstall

    Umbraco 4.5

    When uninstalling, the Developer dashboard still wants to load the bing maps screen:

    Could not load control: '/umbraco/plugins/bingmaps/install.ascx'. 
    Error message: 
    System.Web.HttpException (0x80004005): The file 
    '/umbraco/plugins/bingmaps/install.ascx' does not exist.
