    Configure for Asp.Net SqlMembershipProvider

    Hi,

    I have a site using the Asp.Net System.Web.Security.SqlMembershipProvider rather than the umbraco.providers.members.UmbracoMembershipProvider.

    It is also using the System.Web.Security.SqlRoleProvider. I find that roles are not recogized, instead it seems to be listing Member Types, and as a result I cannot seem to list any members.

    Is there anything to get it working with the standard Asp.Net providers.

    Hi Simon

    I have not used other providers on my own sites, but i did make some functionality to support other types.

    Have you tried setting the SearchProvider type in the bpMemberAdmin.config file to "Membership" ?
