This package is no longer required. As of Umbraco 7.7.0, the User section was redesigned to facilitate build admin tasks.

Bulk User Admin

A dashboard for the Users section in the Umbraco back-office that enables bulk administration to edit users, e.g. change section permissions, disable access, etc.
