I've installed the categorisatio 2.3.0.0. package and created some categories. Also added new property of type Category selection to a document type. Now when a go to Content to edit a specific node from that documen typ I get an exception like in the image:

Done that on a test and working site, both cases the same error. Can you provide any help?

    Hi,

It looks like the configuration of the data type is incorrect/currupt.

Can you try re-saving the selector data type in the developer section?

Let me know how you get on.

    Thanks,
    James

    Thank's for the response James,

That didn't solved the problem, also I've tried to re-save the Category picker and get this :

Maybe this will provid more data for you to help me.

Strange. Is there a root node selected for that data type? If not, select the root one and save again.

If you get the same error I might have to look at this further this evening.

Yes, you want the tree so you can select many categories, OK.

What version of Umbraco are you using?

    Hi,

I assumed you were using that version and had a bit of free time last night to try it out. I was able to get the same error but haven't managed to fix it yet. I'll be investigating again tonight.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I should have kept up with the latest versions of Umbraco (the package isn't officially supported in 6.1.x).

    Cheers,
    James
