I think your packages name should be...

I know several people have already mentioned that i need to change the name of this package to something else. I can appriciate the perspective but i can't come up with a good name that conveys all that I intend to make out of this package.

I don't want to have to create a seperate package for every feature that i create and I would like it to be a name that represents the package in a good way.

I would love to hear what the community things (constructivly :) )... And merging my work into the uComponenets package isn't what i'm trying to do... :)

    Hi Waylon,

I think that SEOComponents wasn't a bad suggestion by Lee, the first item in this package is a Seo tool. Otherwise Codesulting-suite might be a nice name.I do think however that one package fits all wouldn't work since people are searching for a single package that solves one problem and not want to have a ton of extra features they don't need installed, this is why I have created 10+ packages. Ucomponents is an exception to that rule because it contains only items that should have been in the core of Umbraco.

And why not add generic features that everyone can benefit from, to the Ucomponents project (You get a lot more Karma on that project ;-)? This community is all about collaboration on open source packages.

    Cheers,

    Richard

Richard you made some great points. As you can see i have since updated the name of the project. I think I'm going to do both... keep a collection of all the features in one growing package and break out each feature into it's own package that way someone can pick up just a piece of the toolkit if that is all they needed.

Thanks again for the suggestions and your time.
