    EmailRecipient does not work as described

    Hi.
    If I set the EmailRecipient in the config file it is never used.

    I cannot set the AllowedUsers element to blank as this causes an error, I can set it to a user without an email address, but this does not cause the EmailRecipient element to be used.

    I got round it by creating a user with the email I wanted, and specifying this user in the AllowedUsers element.
