Preview for users without backend access

    Hi,

Will be great if there is config options, which allow me to send preview link to persons which has not backend access. Default build in preview require you to log before display preview.

I'm not sure. The point with preview is that non published content shouldn't be visible. It's a potential security flaw if that could happen through a link.

However, you can create a user than doesn't have access to the back office (there's a checkbox for that) and you could share the preview link that way.

That's a really good solution Niels. I wasn't aware you could have non-editing users.

Umbraco never ceases to throw up new and exciting surprises!

Could be cool with a little "Share this preview with others (requires login) link somewhere, though". Any ideas / mockups?

I could add this to the super preview button perhaps a context click allowing you to select the type of preview and an option to share....

Hmm I'm not busy this weekend ;-)
