We have installed Conditional Displayers via Nuget, but it doesn't appear when we look at installed packages in the backoffice. In addition, while the files appear to be deploying properly, they don't seem to be getting called properly.

In addition, when inspecting the pages where a conditional displayer is used, we are getting Angular console errors that indicate that the specified controller is not registered ("A controller with this name is not registered").
