Hello everyone. I want to create a document type for Q&A. Each question is related to one or more subjects. Therefore, the content editor must choose one subject to be the main object.

The problem that I'm facing is that when I choose one subject, and don't press save, the "Dropdown List" is empty.

If I save, and then go to that dropdown list again - the subject appears.

So the dropdown list values are being updated only when pressing save, and not when just choosing values from the other list.

What's the best practice to make it work?
