Everytime I save the node, it removes content from the Input

    Hi,

When I use the Currency Input, it shows up correctly until I save & Publish. After, when I return to the node, the content in the currency input is gone.

Can you tell me which browser/OS you are using? Are you getting any javascript errors by chance? Lastly, can you tell me what your setup is on the datatype? Maybe one of the options is blowing it up.

This is what I just tested in IE and Chrome trying to reproduce the problem:

    Hi Lucuma,

The question is more if I have the correct setup. Here is how I have configured it :)

    • 1000's sep. = .
    • Digit Grouping = 3
    • Decimal Character = ,
    • Currency Symbol = DKK
    • Currency Symbol Placement = s
As I can see, I'm not getting any mask on the input at start either.
I'm using Chrome for Mac OSX (newest version on both).
I get the following error from Angular in the Developer tools:
    • Error: Argument 'pmg.CurrencyCtrl' is not a function, got undefined

Hope this helps? And thanks for the fast answer :)

    Hi Lucuma,

Don't use to much time on this one. Tried to uninstall and thereafter install the currency input again, and now it's working.

But thanks for taking the time to answer me so fast :)

    /Niels

    Hi Niels,

I updated the package. You can reinstall it again and it will change the datatype back to the defaults (pretty easy to set yours up again) or you can download the package, extract out the currency.controller.js and copy it to /App_Plugins/PMGCurrency and then refresh cache/touch web.config (this is an Umbraco thing).

Let me know if that fixes your problem.

    Thanks for the feedback/bug report.

No problem, I was answering when you probably downloaded the updated package. Glad it is working and sorry for the issue. It was a small mistake on my part as these packages are new and a learning experience.

Just cool that you use your knowledge to make Umbraco even more usable :)
