Just a little thing I noticed with the plugin.
It didn't like the fact the icon folder was missing and I was getting System.IO exceptions.
Created the icon folder under app_plugins/custico and it worked as expected.
Just a heads up if anyone else gets the same issue.

I had the same issue after installing as well =D
Adding the Icons-folder into "\App_Plugins\Custico" did the trick.
