Link checker incorrectly reporting pages are 500 internal errors
Running the link checker on one of our websites works great. However, it returns some of the results as a red 500 internal server error - and gives us no reason to as why.
The pages in question on the front end are fine, publicly accessible and are no different to some of the other pages returning correctly.
Are you able to post a link to one of the pages in question?
I've seen some occasions when the link checker returns 500 errors when it has effectively made too many requests in a short period of time (it makes the requests asynchronous and in parallel and this can result in a lot of requests which some servers don't like).
Do the pages that show a 500 error contain a lot of links?
