    RTE buttons not activating until another button is selected

    When RTE is used in a nested content in a doctype grideditor, when you click a toolbar button, the dialog doesn't display until you click another button in the toolbar.

    Hi Daniel,

    This bug is fixed in the latest alpha release. I made a PR for it.
