Using DocType alias rather than DocType id in config file.
When creating a package the Fieldsets mechanism doesn't work, due to configuration is bounded to DocType id, which has different value on different solutions.
I agree! This has been in the back of my mind for a while, just haven't had the time to work on the package. If you'd like to give it a shot, the source is here and I'd gladly accept a pull request. Otherwise I'll try to get to it shortly :)

I think it's better to use DocType alias here.
