Edit Umbraco User Dashboard

This is a simple Umbraco V5 plugin that is a dashboard that allows the current logged in user to edit their name, email address and password and see when they last logged in and when they last changed their password.

This will be installed in the 'content' section for all Umbraco users, so this ideal to allow users to manage their own Umbraco account without having to ring you to change their details or letting them have access to the Users section.

NOTE:
This is only for V5.1 and newer due to changes to users/membership
