Error Installing v3.2.3

Hi David, I downloaded and tried to install v3.2.3 yesterday and received an error relating to a missing dll - NodaTime.dll.

On examination of the package, the file NodaTime.dll is referenced in package.xml, but is not present in the downloaded package itself.

Hi Rob,

strange. Seems like the automatic package creation script is still not working correct as I thought to fixed that.

Will check and plan on releasing a bugfix version before the weekend.
