    Unlicensed support for localhost

I am still developing our system on my local machine. Having just upgraded from v3.1.2 to v3.2.4 I can no longer access the Event calendar section via http://localhost, instead I now get 'Warning! You're running on a trial license of EventCalendar. ' on the Event Calendar tab.

Is localhost still supported for developers? I am not permitted to purchase a domain license until I can demonstrate the Event Calendar package to our web design team which I why I am currently tied to my local machine.

    Hi Rob,

localhost is still supported. The message just states that you running as trial as you don't have a valid license file in place.

What do you mean with can't access the section? The message itself is on the dashboard which is in the section.

The trial license has some limitations on how many calendar/locations/organiser you can create.

    Regards

    David

My apologies, false alarm. I've rolled back my system and reinstalled. Everything is fine. The trees weren't appearing but are now. Thanks for clarification on the localhost. I wasn't aware of the limitations but am now.
