I don't know enough about the package to give you a complete solution but I just reproduced the issue on a 4.5.2 test instance and was able to get back to a working left panel by doing the following:
1) Remove Dascoba.Umb.FileManager.dll from you Umbraco "bin" folder.
2) Log out of Umbraco and log back in.
That should get you back up and running. After you have a working left tree, go into Developer > Packages > Installed Packages and uninstall File Manager. That should remove all the package files.

Hi, I tried to install the package in umbraco 4.5.2 (later I saw in the forum I shouldn´t).
Now my umbraco left panel (tree) doesn´t appear.
How can I manually uninstall the package?

I deleted .dll and "filemanager" folder.
It´s solved now. Thank you very much
