Formulate

An advanced form builder for Umbraco. It's free and open source. Read the online documentation here: http://www.formulate.rocks/

Here are the highlights:

  • Design forms with no technical knowledge.
  • Customize and extend most everything.
  • Built with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and AngularJS.

Note that "Formulate" will install Formulate and that "Formulate.Deploy" will add support for Umbraco Deploy (if you are using Formulate on Umbraco Cloud).

It is recommended that you install the NuGet package rather than the Umbraco ZIP file.

For Umbraco v8.1+ support use v3.x.

For Umbraco v7 support use v2.x.

Please note: Umbraco v8.0.x is not supported (requires at least Umbraco v8.1+).
