    Customize email subject

Hi, I've been using formulate and this package has helped me a lot, thanks. Today, I need to implement a function my client asked me for. I need to include form fields in the email subject, so I can send some like:

Hello {username} your message has been send...

Is there a way to do that?

If you are using Umbraco 7, this is your best bet: https://our.umbraco.com/packages/backoffice-extensions/formulate/formulate-questions/88728-how-to-configure-a-contact-form-to-add-a-model-field-to-the-mail-subject

If you are using Umbraco 8, the cheap and easy solution is the designed emails feature that is part of Formulate Pro: https://www.formulate.rocks/pro/designed-emails

With designed emails, both the email body and the subject line can reference fields that are part of the form submission.
