Hi Nicholas,
I just installed Formulate and tried to create a form. I can show the form and submit it without error. However, there are no data under submission. Could you advise if there is any configuration or setting missed? Thanks

Thanks for the report. I can verify there is a bug. It looks like submission values are not being stored by the "Store Data" handler:
The submission is stored, but the values aren't. It also looks like the URL might not be getting stored.
I'll work on a fix and hopefully get it released soon.
This has been fixed in Formulate 3.4.4.
