    Combine it with resize

    Hi Kenneth,

I've used your datatype in several websites now and it's brilliant. Thanks for sharing. Now I have two other customers. They want resize functionality also. Do you have any plans to include this type of simple image editing functionality in the datatype?

    Thanks for this great datatype.

As a workaround, could you send the output from the cropper to ImageGen? I want to make ImageGen more tightly integrated with the cropper but haven't had a chance to do it yet.

    cheers,
    doug.

    Hi Doug,

That is indeed an interesting work arround. It is possible but the customer is expecting to see the output before publishing the media to their site. So I hope it wil be included in this package. Because the cropper datatype can be used on  a seperate Tab for editing the crops. It is also possible to create another datatype ImageResizer that does the resize of the image But maybe I can convince my client that he doesn't need to resize beause it will happen automatically with ImageGen :).

    Thanks,

    Richard
