Automatic crop from zip upload or similar

Any way to support automatic creation of crops if user upload images through zip files or similar? I guess the same also goes for when user just uploads one image... Would be nice to define a setting for whether to create crops automatically or not.

    Hi Nikolas

I think the image cropper package might is the thing you are looking for? Check it out at http://our.umbraco.org/projects/image-cropper

    Hi Jan,

I posted this post in the Image Cropper forum, so I was referring to that one... ;) Perhaps there's a bug or something, but if I upload an image, no crops are made before I hit the save button (which would be the second time I save the image). If I do a zip upload I need to manually open each image and hit the save button in order to get the crops created.

Don't know what the cause of your problem could be unfortunately.

If you use the Image Cropper datatype which is part of Umbraco 4.5 you can use this package: http://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/create-crops.
