We've got the Image Cropper tool installed where we can move a blue circle to refocus the image and that gives us a preview on a series of thumbnails that show how the refocused image will appear on various views of our sites.
This works well 95% of the time, but other times once it has been refocused and saved, it remains unchanged on the front end.
I didn't personally install the plugin, but any ideas what would be casuing this bug and where to look?

Hi, we're running Umbraco 7.1.8
We've got the Image Cropper tool installed where we can move a blue circle to refocus the image and that gives us a preview on a series of thumbnails that show how the refocused image will appear on various views of our sites.
