The latest version of Import Media for Umbraco is now available and addresses a bug discovered by Ted Jardine that caused an exception to occur when importing non-image files and the package would attempt to generate thumbnails.

In addition to the above bug fix the source has now been moved out to it's own project on CodePlex which uses Mercurial for Source control. I have done this for a couple of reasons, firstly I'm not overly keen on the idea of having lots of packages mixed up under the same project and secondly I need to start familiarising myself with Mercurial since that is where Umbraco source code is now maintained.
