Incarnate Avatar Picker

Incarnate is a web-service that uses peoples’ usernames to find their avatars on the web. To do this, Incarnate queries Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Xbox Live and YouTube.

The data-type has a few configuration settings, allowing you to control which services/providers you would to use and customisation of the help text.
