I followed suggestions in https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/getting-started/setup/server-setup/load-balancing/flexible-advanced to define master-slave relations in code, and dashboard stop showing any registered servers (though, maybe it is expected, as suggested code does not use default database registrar).

After changing to suggested solution:
Hi Anton,
The new version 1.1.0 has support for explicit master election. It will show the current server role and a message that is setup to use explicit master election.
