Mask Textbox

Implements the Angular UI mask from http://angular-ui.github.io/ui-utils/ so you can mask the input of a textbox to help users with data input.
 
Add the data type and set the mask.

Mask Definitions are:
 
A Any letter.
9 Any number.
* Any letter or number.
