Installed in 8.6.4, the download function doesn't work and I can't see any errors to report. When you click on the download button, simply nothing happens.
Hmm, maybe the package you downloaded wasn't the right version? When you use the packages section in Umbraco it will automatically select the right version based on your Umbraco version.

I just tried on an 8.6.4 installation that I have; no problems as far as I can see, everything worked as expected.
Did you install via the Packages tab within Umbraco or some other way?
Were there any errors in the developer console?

Thank you for responding, I installed manually by downloading the package first, then install it via the backoffice.
No errors in the console at all.
EDIT: I uninstalled the package, installed it directly from the packages section within the backoffice and the download works.
