    Filtering not working

    Say Hello
    Umbraco 8

    If I try to Filter by Approved or Suspended status, nothing happens the grid still shows both, any idea what the issue might be?

    Hi Huw,

    What version of Umbraco and MemberListView? It could be the Member Lucene Index is out of date perhaps... Are there any issues shown in Dev Tools, and does the filter display update? Can you show some screenshots?

    Mothing appearing in devtools, if I select to filter on Suspended, nothing happens. If I select to filter on Approved, this appears above the grid but no filtering happens enter image description here

    Hi Rob,

    It now displays the same panel above for both Approved/Suspended however it still does not filter by those fields, neither will it filter by locked/unlocked status.

    Filtering does work by membertype and membergroup.

    Hi Rob,

    Just tried this on Umbraco 8.16.0 and got a similar result as described by Huw Reddick.

    I'm seeing all members initially, however when filtering no members are visible after applying the filter by member group, or actually any of the filters available.

    Member groups definitely have members allocated.

    Any ideas?
