Rich Text Editor (TinyMce) in NestedContent

    Hi Lee,

I'm having a problem in NestedContent with an RichTextEditor DataType.

If i have a richtexteditor in a DocType used in a item in a NestedContent, when i sort the first to be the last of the items and change by example the value of that richtexteditor, this value will change on one of the others items who have an rich text editor, and the one i change mantains the value before saving.

Can you tell me if there is any imcompatibility with richtexteditor? I'm using Umbraco version 7.3.4.

Also in the Console i get this error 'webkitMovementX' is deprecated. Please use 'movementX' instead.

Best Regards and a Happy New Year,

    Rodrigo Silva

    Hi Rodrigo,

I haven't tried the RTE within NC myself, but we'll give it your scenario a test.

I think the "webkitMovementX" message is a warning (for now), but this isn't coming from NC code itself, I think it's part of an Angular/jQuery library that is used for sorting, (that ships with Umbraco).

We'll let you know what we find out about the RTE.

    Thanks,
    - Lee

    Hi Rodrigo,

OK, I can reproduce the error. It seems to only happen when an item is moved, then RTE modified. If the RTE is modified, then moved, it will save fine.

I'll discuss this with Matt, see if we can get a fix for it.

    Cheers,
    - Lee

I've opened an issue on our GitHub repo, (if you wanted to monitor progress, etc?)
