    NestedContent and MultiNodeTreePicker

    We have noticed an issue when using the Umbraco.MultiNodeTreePicker within NestedContent, and the MNTP has the "Show open button" ticked. In this situation the button will appear initially, but if the NestedContent item is collapsed/expanded then the button disappears.

    This is for Nuget version 0.3.0 and Umbraco 7.5.10
