We are running umbraco 7.10.3 and the Kraken image optimizer plugin version 1.3.3. It seems we can optimize images one by one. However, the 'optimize all images' and 're-optimize all images' buttons don't work. No matter how many times we click and how long we wait after clicking, the majority of images remain un-optimized (excluding the ones we optimized one by one). What can we do to fix this?
Tinifier seems to work, but we are disappointed that we just paid a whole calendar year to Kraken for their plugin about 2 weeks ago and now we can't use it any more. Tinifier is limited for free use, so we could have used the money to pay them instead...
