This is quite a complicated area as you're building on a project which is commercially usable under an OIS approved MIT license.
The premise of including GS (for free) in commercial use requires you to provide your entire sourcecode under the AGPL licence. Which may, or may not be compatible with the license with which Umbraco is provided.
My advice would be to get in contact with Niels Hartvig to discuss this further.
If you are looking specifically for a PDF .net library there are many around much better suited to the task than GSscript.
