    Compatible with 4.11?

    I've just upgraded from 4.7.2 to 4.11 and this package seems to have stopped working.

    The assembly is still in place and the 2 declarations are still in the web.config.

    Is there known issue?

    I'm running 4.11.5 and it works for me after adding the second declaration in web.config.
