    Does not take hostname into account

    Hey,

    Thanks for the package.

    Not sure if this is by design (umbracoRedirect works the same way) but

    If I add a home node with a hostname and add the property to that it only adds the nodename to the URL.

    Example:

    - Content

    -- HomeDomain.com

    --- PageIWantTo301To

    -- Home2.com (Hostname I want to redirect from)

    When I visit 'Home2.com' I want it to redirect to:

    HomeDomain.com/PageIWantTo301To

    However it redirects to:

    Home2.com/PageIWantTo301To
