What do you mean exactly? The preview window simply shows the current page you are editing. If this is a multilingual website where 1 node has multiple different "pages" (i.e. 1 for each culture with their own content) then yes this will work with the preview too.
Yeah sure that shouldn't be a problem. We are using the default Umbraco preview functionality so if that works so should ours. If something doesn't work let me know.
