I think that you want to use the mailpackage as a way to send email newsletters. Is that right?
We did some implementations where we could select a membergroup and send out emails to the whole membergroup, but it's not perfectly tailored for sending out mass e-mails right now.
No problem at all and very close with the use we are attempting to implement! We basically have a large corporate site that needs to send various emails to staff (Excess of over 200 staff in varying departments).
Will give it a crack and let you know how I get on :)
Ability to use Spreadsheet Export to populate "To" field on email.

Just wondering if there was any current way or future ideas of being able to populate the "To" field on the emails via an excel / xml export?
Personally i would be looking to export Umbraco forms entries which I could then place in to the To field.
