    property editor missing

    Hi,

    thanks a lot for the package.

    I tried setting up the functionality along the "How to use" guide (thanks Tor) but could not pick the property editor "... choose the property editor with the same name... " in my list:

    Am I missing something?

    Hi Edgar,

    Are you using V8. Then there is no more property editor.

    The redirects will be shown in a content app

    thanks for your reply.

    Yes, I'm using v8 and already had added a new redirect entry, but unfortunately it does not work as expected:

    Functionality should be, that when you click on "/preise/" you should be redirected to "/preise/preise-Sommer/" but that does not work enter image description here

    I double checked and found the correct entry in the redirecting table:

    Hi Edgar,

    I think this is because the page with the url /preise is actually a item in Umbraco. So that will be shown

    does that mean that this package cannot be used to redirect between existing umbraco pages?

    This package uses the built in Umbraco redirect service. And that does not support that. If a page is published with the url that you try to redirect the published page will always show.
