Spindoctor in Load Balanced environments using db stored sessions

    Hi,

We are planning to use SpinDoctor to better personalize a site we are creating, however the eventual live environment will be load balanced using session data that will be stored in SQL rather than a "sticky session".  Can you tell us if SpinDoctor will work correctly in this environment and if there is anything we need to be aware of with developing for this environment with SpinDoctor?  We are planning to use the latest stable version of Umbraco 7.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

Anyone able to verify this load balanced set up is compatiable with running SpinDoctor?

    Cheers.

    Hi Simon,

Spindoctor does not store any information in session. This was a requirement for usage in Azure.
My guess is you will not run into any problems.

    Cheers,

    Wouter
