I have just installed Inner Content 2.0.4 and then Stacked Content 2.0.4 on a fresh Umbraco 7.7.13 to test Stacked Content to see if it's something I'd like to work with (all indications are that I do ;) ).
However, when I start creating the Data Type and the second I choose the Stacked Content Property editor I get this error:
Request error: The URL returned a 404 (not found):
/~/umbraco/backoffice/InnerContent/InnerContentApi/GetAllContentTypes
That sounds like an issue with the Chrome66 release and the introduction of trimStart and trimEnd methods that conflict with those in Umbraco versions less than 7.9.6

There were no errors during install of either.
Any ideas to what may be wrong?

and there is an issue on the Stacked Content repo that chimes in with the error you are seeing:

if you can use a later version of Umbraco you'll not encounter the problem or if you can use the workaround described in the Umbraco issue
