With the "Supportly Content App" for Umbraco 8, an editor immediately receives the correct documentation for the current content node.
The package automatically creates a repository for the documentation. In this repository, there is one content node for each document type that is not defined as an element type.
These content nodes already contain an overview of all properties of the respective document type and a corresponding text field. Now an individual description text can be entered as documentation for each property.
When the editor has opened a content node and clicks on the Supportly Content App, the correct documentation is immediately loaded from the cache without any database access.
This works for content types and media types.
It is therefore recommended that you do not install this package until the document types and media types are finalized.
In the case of subsequent adaptations of document and media types, you can also easily add new nodes in the repository yourself and supplement the properties and descriptions by hand.
