    Known Issue - 2 icons on tab

    If tab2 contains the name of tab1 (i.e.  tab1= 'Header' and tab2 = 'Global Header') then the tab2 will contain 2 icons; one for 'Header' and another for 'Global Header'.  Best to be sure to rename your tabs to alleviate the issue (i.e. tab1='Local Header' tab2='Global Header') .
