Tabular Data

This data type allows you to create tabular data including inserting or deleting rows or columns. See screencast at http://www.screenr.com/GIfs

Now includes confirmation before deletion of rows/columns which contain data. Also, data is now stored as true parseable XML nodes, rather than as an XML string.

v0.4 introduces the ability to resize the table using a Word-style popup-overlay.

v0.5 introduces the ability to change individual column widths via the popup context menu.
