    TagManager 4.0 doesnt with with with umbraco 7.7.x

    TagManager 4.0 fails with an exception below on startup during restart of umbraco 7.7.x

    System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Void Umbraco.Core.Services.IUserService.AddSectionToAllUsers(System.String, Int32[])'.

    Nope, not quite right.

    In my case I have a lot of tag groups, and the tags do not appear to be showing up in the right group.
