    Umbraco cloud update locally login issues

    I've come across a small issue with umbraco Id login and upgrading my Umbraco environment:

    Locally developing the project with an account linked with the Umbraco ID, so I can login into the back-end with my azure/cloud account.

    The option 'Login with Umbraco ID' login with will dissapear after I've upgraded locally (nuget) from 8.17.0 to 8.17.1. So I have reset the password by enabling the 'reset password' option for an account with admin-rights to finish the upgrade.

    Is there an option to let Umbraco upgrade locally with the Umbraco ID, or is this the only way I can?

    Hi there - We are aware of this issue and we have made an issue tracker for it here

    So the workaround is to run an unattended upgraded - It works for both V8 and V9
